These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sythe website and your purchase of products from Sythe ("Sythe," "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting our store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. Nothing in these Terms removes or limits any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under the law of your location.

Online Store Terms

By using this site, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you will use the store only for lawful purposes. You may not use our products or site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and you may not violate any laws that apply in your jurisdiction.

Eligibility

You must be of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By placing an order, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Accurate Account, Billing, and Shipping Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, billing, and shipping information for every order. It is your responsibility to make sure your shipping address and contact details are correct before completing checkout. As noted in our Return and Refund Policy, orders are printed to order and we are not able to accept returns or refunds for incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Products, Descriptions, and Images

We try to display our products and their colors as accurately as possible. Actual colors, print placement, and appearance may vary slightly due to your screen settings and the nature of the printing process. Minor variations of this kind are normal and are not considered defects.

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We may limit or discontinue any product at any time.

Printed to Order Products

Our products are made to order through a third-party print-on-demand provider after you place your order. Because each item is produced specifically for you, production begins shortly after your order is confirmed and orders are considered final once production has started.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change at any time before you place an order. Payment is processed at checkout through third-party payment processors. By submitting payment information, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order, including any applicable shipping and taxes.

Taxes

Applicable taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and destination, where required.

Order Acceptance

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is accepted when we begin processing it for production.

Order Rejection or Cancellation by Sythe

We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be fraudulent, that result from pricing or product errors, or that cannot be fulfilled. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a refund for the cancelled items to the original payment method.

Customer Requested Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, please email us as soon as possible at support@sythewear.com. Because items are printed to order, we can only attempt to cancel or change an order if production has not yet begun. Once production has started, we are unable to cancel, change, or refund the order except as described in our Return and Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including designs, artwork, logos, text, and images, is owned by or licensed to Sythe and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the site or our products to break any law, infringe the rights of others, transmit harmful or malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, harass others, or interfere with the operation or security of the site.

Third-Party Services and Links

Our store is hosted on Shopify and relies on third-party services for hosting, payment processing, production, fulfillment, and shipping. Our site may also contain links to third-party websites that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services or websites, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Reviews, Comments, and Submissions

If you send us reviews, comments, photographs, or other submissions, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our business. You are responsible for the content you submit, and you agree it will not be unlawful, misleading, abusive, or infringe the rights of any third party. We may remove content at our discretion but are not obligated to monitor it.

Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information, or cancel affected orders, at any time without prior notice.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our store and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, except for those that cannot be excluded under applicable law. This section does not affect any mandatory warranties or consumer rights that apply to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sythe will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or your purchase of products. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sythe from any claims or demands, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Severability
